Annie held jobs in several local restaurants before becoming an aide for Madisonville CISD. During the eighteen years she spent there, Annie worked mostly with students in the special education department. She loved her job and the students she helped. Annie had a green thumb and loved growing flowers in her garden. She could grow just about anything she wanted. She also enjoyed traveling and cooking with her husband.
