Lillian Elenore 'Granny T' Terry

Lillian Terry, 83, of Madisonville, passed away on March 13, 2017 in Bryan, Texas. Memorial services are planned for 1 P.M., Friday, March 17, 2017 at the First United Methodist Church in Madisonville.

Lillian Elenore Terry was born on April 21, 1933 in Winona, Minnesota to William & Bessie (Brown) Morey. She worked in food service for public schools for most of her life. Lillian was fondly known most as Granny T. Lillians grandchildren brought her great joy and were her world. She adored each and every one of them. She enjoyed crocheting and reading. She had lived in Madisonville for the past sixteen years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church, where she was a nursery worker for thirteen years.

Lillian was preceded in death by both of her parents and husband, Kenneth Lee Terry. Surviving family members include sons, Butch Terry (Julie) of Abilene and Billy Terry (Kelley) of Madisonville; daughter, Lou Ann Luedecke (Jay) of Sealy and sister, Kay Bonin of Franklin, LA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley.
