Reva Jeanne Mudd

March 1, 1950 — June 21, 2017

Mrs. Reva Mudd was born March 1, 1950 in Houston, Texas. She lived most of her life in Houston, but spent the last 25 years of her life in Centerville, Texas. She was a loving, caring woman who always had a smile on her face. She spent most of her life as a homemaker, but did take some jobs outside the home including owning The Blossom Shop in Centerville for a while. Mrs. Mudd was very creative and artistic. She enjoyed painting, sewing, home improvement and generally making the world a more beautiful place with everything she did. She was active in the lives of her grandchildren, never missing a school event or special day. She devoted her life to caring for her family and she will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Mudd went home to be with her Savior on June 21, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Moore. She leaves behind a loving family: husband of 47 years, Roy Mudd of Centerville; son Josh and his wife Qwa of Centerville; mother Ruby Moore of Houston; brother Eddie Moore of Houston; grandchildren Leslie Mudd, Emalee Mudd and Lane Mudd of Centerville; great-grandson Jonathan Mudd of Centerville; many cousins and friends.
