Barbara Ann Cummings, age 91, of Centerville, Texas passed away on January 16, 2022, in College Station, Texas. She was born to William and Marie Linden on November 1, 1930, in Toledo, Ohio. She moved to Weatherford, Texas from Michigan in 2005 and has lived in the Centerville area for the last two years. Barbara was a Christian by faith and a member of the Cowboy Church of Leon County.

Barbara will be remembered by her remarkable sewing skills; she was very talented and had an eye for creativity. She never missed an event for her kids or grandkids, they could always count on her being in the stands to cheer them on.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas John Cummings; son, Dean Thomas Cummings; infant granddaughter, Lindsey Cummings and son-in-law, Don Trout. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Trout of Weatherford, Texas and Diane Dunn (James) of Centerville, Texas; son, Donald Craig Cummings (Denise) of Olivet, Michigan; grandchildren, Dereck Cummings (Erin), Christopher Cummings (Allison), Tommy Cummings (Donna), Robbe Trout (Raleigh), J.T. Mitchell (Amanda), Coty Arellano (Robert), Brent Cummings (Brittany); numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Walters Funeral Home, Centerville, Texas.
