Janette (Crouch) Taylor, age 65, passed away March 29, 2024 in Centerville, Texas. She was born April 4, 1958 in Brazoria County, Texas to Tom & Jessie (Nesmith) Crouch. Janette grew up in Brazoria County and spent the majority of her adult life in Leon County working as a waitress and sitting with nursing home residents who needed extra care. Family was an important part of Janette's life, and she enjoyed being around her children and grandchildren as much as she could.

Janette was preceded in death by both of her parents; son, Trey Marcus; and sisters, Mary Jo, Betty and Margaret. Surviving family includes loving husband, Jay Taylor of Centerville; son, Clint (Jamie) Bell of Normangee; step-daughters, Tara Taylor of Oklahoma and Amy Taylor Robbins of Fort Worth; and grandchildren, Peyton, Lance, Michelle, Jayci, Jaxon and Nicole, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

A graveside service will be held 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at Gum Springs Cemetery near Flynn, Texas.

Arrangements are under the direction of Walters Funeral Home, Centerville, Texas.
