Jimmy Dale Pickett, 68, of Houston, Texas passed away on May 26, 2025, in Houston, Texas. He was born on October 15, 1956, in Jacksonville, Texas to JD and Marlene Jean (Melcher) Pickett.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Kathleen Pickett of Houston, Texas; daughter, Kasey Pickett Armstrong (Brandon) of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Jude Jensen, Layla Blake, Tate Walker, and baby Lilly is on the way; brother, Nicky Wayne Pickett (Debbie) of Humble, Texas; and nephew, Michael Dwayne Pickett of Humble, Texas.

Jimmy was preceded in death by both of his parents and nephew, Gregg Allen Pickett.

A funeral service for Jimmy will be 11 A.M., Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Walters Funeral Home, Centerville, Texas. Harlon Pickett will officiate the service. A brief visitation will take place prior to the service from 10:30 A.M. to service time. Interment will follow in North Creek Cemetery.
