Memorial services for Lee McLerran, Jr., 71, of the Russell Community in Leon County, will be held 1 P.M., Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Walters Funeral Home in Centerville, Texas.

Mr. McLerran passed away November 11, 2019 at his home. He was born December 20, 1947 in Terrell, Texas to parents, Lee Roy, Sr. & Malessia (Goode) McLerran. Lee retired from Southwestern Bell after thirty years and was a Master Mason. He was a cat lover and enjoyed spending time outdoors and collecting all kinds of things, especially cat figurines and marble. Lee’s favorite holiday was Thanksgiving. He was greatly loved by his family and friends and will be deeply missed.

Lee was preceded in death by both of his parents and wife, Karen. He is survived by two brothers, one sister, seven great nieces and nephews and one great, great-nephew.
