Mark Anthony Spencer

Homegoing services for Mark Anthony Spencer, age 61, of Centerville, Texas will be held 1 P.M., Friday, December 30, 2022 at Walters Funeral Home, Centerville, Texas. Committal services will follow in Spiller Cemetery in rural Leon County, Texas.

Pallbearers:  Benny Green, Brian James, Jayden McCoy, Arthur Busby, Dereck Busby, Erik Henderson

Mark Anthony Spencer was born January 5, 1961 to parents, Katie M. & Cleveland R. Spencer.  

He attended school in Dallas, Texas, as well as Centerville, Texas.  He had one son, Tushambi Tisdale.  Mark worked various jobs throughout his life in Texas but always found his home down on the Small Ranch in Centerville, Texas.  He remained there as his health declined and he passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of sixty-one years.

Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Katie Spencer and brother, Patrick Spencer.

He leaves to cherish his memory father, Cleveland Spencer (Brenda); sister, Patricia James (Charles) and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews as well as extended family, Edward "Pops" Henderson (deceased); two step-sisters and three step-brothers.

Arrangements are under the direction of Walters Funeral Home, Centerville, Texas.
