Ronald James "Ronnie" Moore, 70, of Buffalo, Texas passed away on June 2, 2024, in Waco, Texas. He was born on March 8, 1954, to James Alfred Moore and Susie Pearl (Grubbs) Moore in Fort Worth, Texas. Being from Flo, Texas, Ronnie had a special place in his heart for the Flo community. There is a lot of family history that will forever be cherished my the Moores. Ronnie loved his family and he loved the Flo Community Baptist Church. He was a song leader and natural "songbird" everyday, from daylight to dark. Ronnie enjoyed hunting and fishing. He always wanted his family to come along with him. He worked for Texas Department of Criminal Justice for twenty-one years before retiring and turning his interests toward taxidermy.

Ronnie was preceded in death by both of his parents; sister, Beverly Irvine; and great-nephew, Dylan Moore. He is survived by his wife, Tina Moore of Buffalo, Texas; son, Seth Moore (Holly) of Rivera, Texas; daughter, Kimberley Morris (James) of Donie, Texas; brother, Kenneth Moore (Julie) of Centerville, Texas; and grandchildren, Aidan Moore of Buffalo, Texas, Ethan Moore of Riviera, Texas, Aaron Moore of Lindale, Texas, Sydney Morris of Donie, Texas, Amie Morris of Donie, Texas, Callie Morris of Donie, Texas, Jackson Polk of Riviera, Texas; also numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Ronnie will be at 10 A.M., Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Flo Community Baptist Church. Bro. John Murray and Bro. Mark Thrift will officiate the service. Interment will follow in Brushy Cemetery. A visitation will take place on June 4, 2024, from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home, Centerville, Texas.
