Julius Todd McRee was born January 7, 1945 to Loys Dixon McRee and Margaret Jorene Winn, in Houston, Texas. He reunited with them in Heaven on December 6, 2022.
A service will take place in the Leona Cemetery at 11 am, on Saturday, February 4th, followed by a Celebration of Life & Lunch at the Leona Community Center.
Toddy grew up in Leona and attended Centerville Schools until High School when he moved to Deer Park, where he graduated Class of 1964. He was a member of the Parkwood United Methodist Church, past President of the Deepwater Optimist Club, and a year’s long employee of Mrs. Baird’s Bread Co.
He loved his family, his pups- Pepe, Bonnie & Clyde, gardening, music, dancing, travel, sports, & working on old Chevys.
Survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary; children, Lori Hoffman (Bill), Leslie Graham, Aaron McRee, Vicki Conley (Matt), Sammy Haddad (Laura), Mark Susenbach (Lolita), Bonnie & Clyde; 16 grandkids; 18 great-grandkids with 2 more on the way; siblings, Laura Jo Lynch, Shirley Davis, Jerry McRee (Mallisa), Clint McRee (Mary), & Judy Frye; beloved cousins, & special friends.
